Campaign Leak Check

Privacy Policy

Campaign Leak Check is a local-first campaign metrics checklist from NuvoPilot. It helps users review possible ad spend leaks from numbers they enter into the app. This policy applies to the Campaign Leak Check Android app and this support website.

Data Stored Locally

Campaign Leak Check may store these items locally on the user's device: channel or platform label, campaign label, spend, clicks, leads, conversions, target CPA, currency, optional notes, generated leak type, estimated waste band, fix action status, local package or report interest selections, and export timestamp.

This data stays on the user's device in the current submitted v1 target. It is not collected by NuvoPilot and is not shared with third parties by the app.

No Account Connection

Campaign Leak Check does not require login and does not connect to Google Ads, Meta, Naver, Kakao, TikTok, YouTube, bank accounts, payment accounts, or advertising accounts in the current submitted v1 target.

How Data Is Used

Local campaign inputs are used only to show local estimates, checklists, saved decision rows, and user-triggered exports inside the app. NuvoPilot does not receive these local campaign records in the current submitted v1 target.

Sharing

The app does not share user-entered campaign records with NuvoPilot or third parties in the current submitted v1 target. If a user exports data and sends it somewhere outside the app, that exported copy is controlled by the user.

Retention And Deletion

Local records remain on the user's device until the user clears them in the app, clears app storage through the operating system, or uninstalls the app according to the device operating system's behavior. See the Delete Data page for deletion instructions.

Security

The current v1 target avoids developer-side storage of campaign records. Users should not send passwords, 2FA codes, API keys, ad account credentials, payment information, bank details, legal IDs, or customer lists to support.

User Control

Users can clear local app data from the in-app Settings screen. Users can also export a JSON summary only by explicit user action.

Because the current submitted v1 target has no developer-side account or server database, NuvoPilot cannot remotely delete local device data. Users should use the in-app clear-data action to remove local records.

Important Limits

Campaign Leak Check provides estimates and checklists based on metrics entered by the user. It does not guarantee ROAS improvement, revenue recovery, campaign performance, platform approval, financial results, or advertising outcomes. It is a decision-support utility, not financial, legal, tax, or platform-policy advice.
